Hangyuan Pneumatic mainly supplies: pressure reducing valves conforming to low and high pressure ranges of 0.05-1.6Mpa, used for precise pressure stabilization control on bottle valve test benches. The test bench mainly includes: air compressor unit, electric boosting unit, bottle valve test bench, and electrical control section; optionally, a mobile helium mass spectrometer leak detector can be configured for airtight pressure retention tests and electrical performance tests of bottle valves.
The oil pipe pressure testing power station (hydraulic) equipment is a high-pressure hydraulic booster device that provides a high-pressure water source for the water pressure test of oil pipe materials (such as oil steel pipes, oil well pipes, casings, etc.). This equipment is a high-pressure water booster device, and the test object is oil pipe materials. After the water pre-filling of the test workpiece is completed, this equipment is used to perform a high-pressure boosting test on the workpiece to achieve the purpose of sample pressure testing, and the test pressure range is approximately 500-2500 bar.
-Uses a German pneumatic hydraulic pump G250-2LVE, driven by compressed air to reach the preset pressure, the pump automatically stops working, and there is no energy consumption during long-term pressure maintenance.
-The circuit is equipped with pressure reducing valves, safety valves, and unloading valves produced by HYTIC Hangyuan Company to prevent system overpressure, and is equipped with an emergency stop button, with failure protection function.

1) The booster device is a gas-driven liquid pump S60, driven by compressed air.
2) The pump outlet pressure is proportional to the compressed air pressure. The output pressure is adjusted by adjusting the driving air pressure reducing valve DR400-04 0.05-1.6Mpa range produced by Hangyuan Pneumatic Company; after reaching the preset pressure, the pump automatically stops working, and there is no energy consumption during long-term pressure maintenance.
3) The test bench has two test positions, using a mobile sliding door structure. The two positions can be controlled separately. The user selects one of the two, clicks the corresponding test button, and the system automatically completes the pressurization, pressure holding, and unloading actions.
4) When one test chamber is working, the operator can disassemble and install workpieces in the other test chamber, improving testing efficiency.
5) The LCD touch screen can set the pressure holding pressure and pressure holding time, and displays in real time the test pressure, pressure holding time, pressure stabilization time, and circuit status.
6) Independently researched and manufactured tooling fixtures are used for workpiece clamping, and installation is flexible and convenient.
7) The frame skeleton is made of aluminum profiles, sealed with carbon steel plates, and the workbench surface is made of stainless steel.
8) The test chamber is equipped with a safety door lock, which can only be opened after the test is completed.
9) The equipment is equipped with an emergency stop button and a light alarm function.
