Product Features

 

1. Rack and pinion structure, smooth operation;

2. Double cylinder structure, can achieve double output;

3. High processing accuracy of the worktable, convenient load installation, accurate positioning;

4. There is a through hole in the middle of the worktable, which can be used for piping;

5. There are positioning holes on both sides (10~200) or the bottom (2~7) of the cylinder body, which is convenient for installation and use;

6. There are two optional buffering methods: adjusting screw fixed buffering and hydraulic buffer. The maximum buffering energy of the hydraulic buffer is 3~5 times that of the adjusting screw fixed buffering, and the buffering effect is better.

Note: HRQ2/3/7 instruments have adjusting screw fixed buffering method, no hydraulic buffer method.

Maximum Allowable Kinetic Energy and Rotation Time Range

 

[Note] 1. In actual operation, please do not exceed the maximum allowable energy value in the table above, otherwise it may cause internal component damage and product failure;

2. When the rotation time of the type with hydraulic buffer is longer than the time in the table above, the powerful buffering function of the hydraulic buffer cannot be exerted.
