Product Features

1. Complies with JIS standards;

2. Two guide rods made of special bearing steel, guided by linear bearings or bronze bearings, with high torsional and lateral load capacity;

★Note: Steel ball linear bearings: Suitable for cylinders performing lifting actions, or applications requiring high precision and high load capacity, especially suitable for applications requiring low-friction movement; 
Bronze sliding bearings: Suitable for cylinders performing braking and radial load-bearing actions, offering more than twice the lateral impact resistance of ordinary brake cylinders and greater torsional rigidity.

3. The drive unit and guide unit are designed in the same body, requiring no additional accessories, minimizing space requirements, and offering a choice of air inlet interfaces for easier installation;

4. Two precision locating holes are provided on the bottom surface, rear end surface, and mounting plate of the body (see PA holes and XX holes in the outline drawing), providing more precise positioning and installation for applications with higher precision requirements;

5. Four sensor grooves on the body provide multiple mounting options for sensors;

6. The special design of the body provides multiple mounting and fixing styles:

Specifications

[Note 1] Non-rotating accuracy refers to the angle of rotation of the cylinder mounting plate when the cylinder is fully retracted; 
[Note 2] Pipe thread types include PT, G, and NPT threads;

Stroke

[Note] Non-standard stroke cylinders with a difference of 1~5mm from the standard stroke are modified from the upper-level standard stroke cylinders, and their external dimensions are the same. For example, a non-standard stroke cylinder with a stroke of 86 is modified from a standard cylinder with a stroke of 90, and its external dimensions are the same; while a non-standard stroke cylinder with a stroke of 84, due to a 6mm difference from the upper-level standard stroke of 90, can only be ordered as a non-standard item.
