1. The exhaust port is located on the main body, making it easy to install a silencer, reduce noise, and decrease pollution;
2. For M5B, M5R, and M5L series, the external force required for commutation is provided by an external mechanism, and can be used for position detection or limit switches;
3. M5C, M5D, M5Y, M5PF, M5PM, M5PP, M5PL, M5HS series are manually operated, with various structural shapes of control heads, convenient for use under different conditions;
4. Spool valve structure, control force is not affected by working pressure (i.e., no back pressure effect), inner ring seal, good sealing performance, flexible commutation;
5. No lubrication required;
