The oil pipe pressure detection power station (water pressure) equipment is a high-pressure water pressure boosting device, which provides high-pressure water source for the water pressure resistance detection of oil pipe (such as oil pipe, oil well pipe, casing, etc.). This equipment is a high-pressure water pressurization device, and the test object is petroleum pipes. After the water injection and pre-filling of the test workpiece is completed, the equipment is used to carry out high-pressure pressurization test on the workpiece to achieve the purpose of sample pressure test. The test pressure range is about 500-2500 bar.
-The German pneumatic hydraulic pump G250-2LVE is used to provide the driving force through compressed air. When the preset pressure is reached, the pump will automatically stop working and maintain pressure for a long time without energy consumption.
-The circuit is equipped with pressure reducing valve, safety valve and unloading valve produced by HYTIC Hangyuan Company to prevent system overpressure, emergency stop button and failure protection function.

1) The pressurization device is a gas-driven liquid pump S60, which is driven by compressed air.
2) The pump outlet pressure is proportional to the compressed air pressure, and the output pressure is adjusted by adjusting the drive air pressure reducing valve DR400-04 produced by Hangyuan Pneumatic Co., Ltd. within 0.05-1.6Mpa; When the preset pressure is reached, the pump will automatically stop working, and there will be no energy consumption after maintaining the pressure for a long time.
3) The test bench has two test stations and adopts a sliding door structure. The two stations can be controlled separately. The user selects one of them and clicks the corresponding test button. The system will automatically complete the pressurization, pressure maintaining and unloading actions.
4) When one test room is working, the operator can disassemble and install the workpiece in another test room to improve the test efficiency.
5) The LCD touch screen can set the pressure maintaining pressure and time, and display the test pressure, pressure maintaining time, pressure stabilizing time and circuit status in real time.
6) The independently developed and manufactured tooling fixture is used for workpiece clamping, which is flexible and convenient to install.
7) The frame frame is made of aluminum profile, sealed with carbon steel plate, and the worktable is made of stainless steel.
8) The test chamber is equipped with a safety door lock, which can be opened only after the test is completed.
9) The equipment is equipped with emergency stop button and light alarm function.
