Enhance endurance

On October 3, 2022, we at Hangyuan embarked on a one-month intensive 'endurance' program. Through this 'endurance' program, we gained new insights and a deeper understanding in our respective roles. Although work involves more than just hardship, as members of the aerodynamics industry, we must not fear difficulties; we must have a sense of mission, responsibility, and commitment! We must strive, fight, and exert ourselves for the prosperity of our nation!

On October 3, 2022, we at Hangyuan started a month-long intensive "endurance" training. Through this training, we gained new insights and a deeper understanding of our roles. While the work is challenging, as members of the pneumatic industry, we must be fearless, responsible, and committed! We must strive, fight, and struggle for the strength of our nation!

During this training, we continuously strengthened our work and learning abilities. With a commitment to excellence, we diligently completed all our work tasks.

"Excellence comes from diligence, while idleness leads to ruin; success comes from thought, while carelessness leads to failure." Even with sufficient product knowledge, we must delve deeper into the "roots" and "essence" of the product. As a qualified salesperson, I must be very familiar with the products I sell, understanding their strengths and weaknesses, and their suitability for different industries, to better provide professional knowledge to customers.

Sales requires not only product knowledge but also knowledge of sales techniques to avoid being eliminated in the ever-changing times. Our work also changes with the times, and the way to adapt is through continuous learning.

I understand that sales is a complex and demanding job. As a salesperson, I must be cautious in work arrangements and problem-solving, capable of handling things independently. These are all indispensable responsibilities of a salesperson. To be a qualified salesperson, one must first be familiar with the business knowledge, work diligently step by step, and pay attention to details. Secondly, we must treat each customer's question and need seriously, handling them promptly, without delay, negligence, or perfunctoriness!
